okay, I know this is going to sound weird, but I was having a very bad day when I wrote that other review. I had a few guns pointed at my face. but that doesn't take away from the amazing service and food at Bob evans! yeah I was a little shook. I'm okay.
This was my first time at bob Evan's it smelled very good inside our waiter Darleen was very nice the food was great
Had to wait for a table but I recently had an Excellence customer service. Terry my waitress was very good. I really enjoyed my visit and will come again. I forgot to tell her how I wanted my steak and she brought it for perfection because that was the way I wanted it good looking out.
Say what you will about Bob Evans, I love it. The food may be microwaved or frozen or whatever, but it hits the spot. Service at this particular location can be hit or miss. The last few times I've visited have been good, but the few times before then were really poor and nasty service which I had to call and complain about. I am a big fan of the honey chicken with mac and cheese and corn. Always hits the spot for me.
